Small Magellanic Cloud

The Small Magellanic Cloud
is also called Nubecula Minor
and although it resembles
a Nebula it is actually
part of a duet of small
irregular Galaxies that are
connected and Exchanging
large amounts of Gas.
On a clear night the beautiful display
can be seen with the naked eye
as the two are among our
closest galactic neighbors.
